We called, they acknowledged they were having some issues. Some folks just couldn't establish connection. Etc.ĮDIT/UPDATE 2 SOLVED: Was definitely a problem with the office ISP. If DNS Server is not responding, please use another one. If Default Gateway is not responding you have to troubleshoot your Internet Connection. I dont have the option to start, stop or restart the service because its disabled. All I can click is 'refresh'. If the issue persists: Navigate to System Diagnostics Select Check Network Settings under Diagnostic Tool. Go to services.msc and checked the status : stopped.

Have tried uninstalling NetExtender, reinstalling. I got this error today on my Netextender. But from their locations (all around the US) I am unable to connect at all. About 1/3 of SSL-VPN users get hung up on 'preparing' to connect and then get the error 'Server is not reachable'įrom my location I am able to connect fine AND I am able to connect just fine as the impacted users.
